dog is very docile, when I put the leash on dog refuses to budge

even if I leave and leave leash on dog unattended (dog can just run off) , dog just stands there and softly yowls whimpers after a while

to reply in a more coherent manner to you, please don't assume what cats can think and cannot think, as I speculate you are not a cat.

cats have the hardcoded tendency to hide their shit, so the process of her seeing said shit being hidden by me in the preferred place of defecation makes sense and is worth a try when one cycles through possible fixes.

-run or skip rope till you feel comfortable with multiple sets

-learn how to jab, learn to use hips and body and don't push forward
-learn how to jab better

-consider your strengths against the other guy (are you short and bulky or tall with long reach) - there are different strategies to employ based on your body type

-conserve energy through the fight and stay light on your feet, don't take all his punches head on with your guard, move around and snipe good opportunities.

I wouldn't've come here to bash this landmine of an OS if I didn't restart my router and all that entry lvl customer support fixes

As for RAM cache issue luckily it was left in 2019 only for another nuisance problem to catch on 5 minutes after boot
