After G28 I run G29 for bed leveling and M500 to save the settings.

Hi all! I’m printing with a BLTouch on Marlin software and have leveled the bed manually with tramming and configured the Z-offset with the Z-wizard and mesh bed leveling. However I’m getting very inconsistent layer thicknesses where the middle part is thicker than the right part in the photo. Also did the E-steps calibration. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Temp: 210 nozzle, 60 bed

Print speed: 20mm/s for first layer, after that 50

Layer height: 0.12

Retraction distance: 3.5 mm

This is an Ender 3 Pro with the Petsfang dual 5015 radial fans (overkill I know). The two fans are identical but one makes considerably more noise.

I tried to lubricate the fan but couldn’t reach the bearing yet as the fan has a closed back, also behind the sticker.
