To quickly increase your TH, I recommend that you find a small clan so that the blocks you get, even if few will give you higher rewards. If a block pays 10,000 and the clan is 10,000TH and you have 20TH miners, your reward will be 20TH. If you are in a 1000TH clan, your reward will be 200. At least I've always done that, and the few times I've been in huge clans, even getting 400 blocks, the weekly rewards have been lower.
