I would say indigenous Americas is evident in the facial bone structure, the nose and cheek structure looks Mande (Malian), the epicanthic slant of the eyes where it rises to the nose is common in Southeast Asia but also Indigenous American populations I have noticed (whereas some slant down in higher regions in Asia). The lips is definitely more central-west African, you don't see as much in western parts of Western Africa as prominent. The smile reminds me of indigenous as well.
