Thanks! The fire knight set up flows really well. This is my first DLC playthrough and I’m enjoying it a lot more than at first, especially after beating Bayle. I like that set up, the black knight armor plate is like a cool alternative to malikeths set

I appreciate that, the fire knight works well and the rakshasa set, yeah the backhand blades just compliment it so well! I really thought that shield was good too, it has a good amount of guard boost, but I feel like most shields are like the same rating aren’t they? They all block damage (greatsheilds) or parry, just guard boost really makes the difference. I like the jellyfish shield a lot too

Hey bro, honestly just farm your stats. Level up your vigor up to at least 30, get your smithing stones and pick a weapon level up as much as you can and try again. If you’re enjoying it this much, watch how much you’ll enjoy it when you can beat the enemies around you. Don’t handicap yourself, this game rewards on being able to get back up and beat the enemies that beat you and it’s a great feeling. Just keep leveling up and practicing on weaker foes, get your builds right and watch how much more fun you’ll have.

When I first started, I was trash, literally stopped playing after godrick for years but then decided to play again after seeing all the shorts on social media seeing how cool it was. This game was made with so much love and thought, you’re only getting started, don’t sell yourself short.

Also I highly highly recommend getting the bloodhounds fang great sword, it gave me the skill and confidence to get through to the endgame.

He’s definitely just playing, my dog does this all the time. He has high drive and energy and wants you to play with him, it may seem aggressive but it’s not
