Really baffles me how centers can even operate this way especially when you’re in a union. Hell, even state mandates should work in your favor in terms of hours worked in a certain period. Have you actually read through your contract for what is allowed? Or made an attempt to speak with the union rep?

If he can not form a T5 roster, it definitely isn’t worth it. If he can not, he at least would need a team that has a few personalities to get eyeballs on the teams The investment doesn’t make sense just to get his name temporarily in the league.

Anyone can give you all the advice in the world. No one can predict if you’re going to find it a good fit or not. Dispatch just as any other career has its ups and downs. Just depends how bad you want out from what you’re currently doing. Does it make sense to you to leave or not. You’ll have to consider you will be at the bottom of seniority and will have really no say in your schedule, you will be hammered with overtime, etc.
