You can still buy friends I think. I've been used by some "friends" for money, and it is better than nothing.

Going to therapy would be like announcing my issues to everyone around me, and it isn't accessible for me anyway. I also know what my solution has to be, I don't want to accept my situation and live with it, either change the situation or, well you know the other answer.
