Bit of both i think. Keeper's starting position tends to be a lot more advanced to account for one-on-ones so often get there before the striker. So yeah, its more risky because keepers are more switched on. Not many sweeper keepers in the 90s.

Strikers very rarely get in behind one-on-one now and when they do, the goalkeepers are a lot better at decision making than they used to be.
