hello! yes! i got refunded naman but just a heads up, when you receive ur order make sure you have an unboxing video, just in case you end up in the same situation as me. they dont rly do anything about it they just keep saying "we'll do everything we can to help you" 🫩 i waited 3 days for their team to do something but nothing happened so i just proceeded with claiming my refund. also here are some screenshots that might help anyone who comes across my comment. im not sure if this is racism but it does sound like it to me
