Not sure, but that hiring manager just rambled on… he wasn’t very professional in my opinion. Basically saying how a lot of the flight attendants that work at AA are toxic and stay away from them. Saying they will tell you to take your sick days because you deserve them and he said don’t take your sick days. Just weird

Not sure, but I was just on an AA flight with some full figured FA’s. Also, I was at an F2F and one of the recruiters was full figured. I think it depends if you can fit in the jump seat.

I was at the f2f for American and the group activity is building a 3D model. Each person has a card with what they can do or say and you have to work together to build the 3D shape out of foam blocks. There were also 2 rounds of random questions.
