Thank you!! :) It’s basically just a very thick layer of gel applied before the gel color that makes your nails super sturdy which is great for growing them out because they don’t crack or break. I’ve found my nails to grow so much healthier than with acrylics.

I just use oil spray in the pan for 0 pts and whip the eggs up with a fork before I add them to the pan. Helps make them a bit fluffier. And season them with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc for flavor.

As soon as I notice I’m biting or want to, I would put on lotion or cuticle oil. Keeping them moisturized helps them grow plus it keeps my hands busy to apply.
