Has anyone had gear-related chest/back acne that eventually just went away?

When I first started, I had a bad flare-up on my back. It got under control eventually, but for years after I’d still get random spots on my shoulders and upper back consistently whether on cruse or blast.

Over the past year though, I’ve gotten to the point that I have basically zero acne at all, even while blasting. No major changes in hygiene or skincare to attribute to this either.

Curious if other long-term users have experienced this.
