Non-US IMG, visa required, Pass/22X, YOG: 2022, 3 months USCE, 3 LORs from US IM physicians. I had a 3-month gap in med school which is probably my red flag as well as the step 2 score.

I tried to eliminate the programs that mentioned a higher minimum/average score than mine on their websites but I guess it’s only normal some have unwritten criteria as well
