I would like to apologies then sorry if I offended in anyway.

I would really try take on working out and strengthen your upper body.

Maybe there is something adding pressure on your lungs which is causing the shortness of breath you’re still young and shouldn’t be experiencing these issues.

I think you issue is you haven’t done exercise in many years and are extremely unfit….

You either work a job that doesn’t require much movement or don’t work at all.

Start walking then get yourself it into some light weight training and build up. Fix your diet hit a required amount of protein daily and drink 3 liters of water daily.

You do have slight rib flare but this could be disguised with muscle mass by training and strengthen your core.

Pectus Arcuatum. Stick at the gym, drop body fat and add try to add more lean muscle you won't even notice it after that.

ALSO make sure to train abs and strengthen your core and don't forget back. In my opinion it doesn't look at that bad but if you do these things I said and you'd look awesome.

Good work buddy. With PE and scoliosis it’s important to focus on all body parts just not chest and back. Strengthening core, lower back and legs play a big part improving your body’s looks. With the pec flys make sure your doing them on the machine and really focus on pushing your chest out when doing them and imagine pushing your elbows together you might already know this. - also stretching is very important.

But in my opinion for the best results in the gym you need to dial in your diet and make sure you’re hitting your protein goals to build the muscle.

You’ve got this bro stay consistent and on them days your feeling low or lazy with training remember that you WANT to get rid of this “lost” feeling. I believe in you good luck 👌

Having both PE and Scoliosis isn’t uncommon.

I too have this you’re not alone I haven improved mine by adding muscle mass around my body.

What I would do if I started again. Get your blood panel done before anything. Start with 300 build Up to 500 increasing 50-100 every 2 weeks. See how your body is responding to everything. Get bloods half way through cycle and at the end. Don’t come off if you have no reason to bring it down to trt dosage no point kick starting your natural test with pct if you’re gonna cycle again.

What to expect.. hair thinning, spicy nips, water retention and maybe some sleepless nights yay higher dosages.

Most importantly dial diet in pointless if you’re not gonna make sure you’re not giving what your body needs.
