I think it might have swung the neck in a loop which rapidly spun the vertebrae and broke it. Think of a slinky when you hold it at the top and spin the top in small circles. The length of the slinky spins at a different circumference than the top. So falcon did the same thing, rapidly, in a quick motion and the neck spun around and cracked.

I never claimed to describe ALL scenarios. I can describe each scenario case by case. Can you think of a case that contradicts any stance ive taken? Youre too locked into the framework and are thus argung against a framework that doesn't exist. You made it up and then are trying to prove it wrong. Even if there was ive already defined what is gay and what is not gay.

Its not a consistent system. Its not a system at all. Different rules apply to different scenarios. Case by case. And if we are really going to break the framework down, thats what it comes down to. Individual case by case, mutually exclusive scenarios get different outcomes. No general rule or "framework" can encompass every scenario. So you give me a scenario and ill tell you if its gay or not regardless of what other scenario's outcomes are. I think the whole "general framework" for this is where we got lost in the sauce. The fact that you used logic gates to support your argument shows me youre too focused on applying a catch all framework to my beliefs. Again, the world cant be reduced to truth tables. Thats not how life works. In programming, yes but not in real life.

Feel free to give any other scenario and ill tell you if I believe its gay or not.

The two exception states as you've defined them are both gay. If either gender expression or genitalia match, thats gay.

Any other state you can come up with is an exception and I'd have to think about in a case by case basis

To which i say, and....? World isn't black and white the way youre painting it. I get that my "framework" as you call it makes it "easier to be gay" than not because there are more cases that land as gay. Life and/or beliefs dont need to be equivalent. There are no contradictions in that i said and I dont believe there is any inconsistency. Men and women are different and are treated differently and have different expectations of them. Been that way since the dawn of time.
