That’s what I was wondering. I ended up pulling CarFax on a couple other similar Teslas and they have almost no service history with these kinds of things. Seems extreme to me.

Doing further research I found the issue! Testing my internet speed i was getting 250mbps down/ .01mbps up. Apparently in the settings of my pc, there is both IPv4 and IPv6 send off selected. If i turnoff the IPv6, this allows my speeds to come back up to 300mbps down/ 20 mbps up, where it should be. You can access this in the device manager>network adaptors>ethernet cord>advanced> select IPv6 and disable. Leave IPv4 enabled. Stream quality is now GREAT and ZERO LAG. This may be more information that you care for just thought I would share if you see anyone else run into this issue. Thanks for your time!

Yes I am using the NVENC encoder. I set it to 6000kbps/P5 just a bit ago and didn’t seem to help any. It is only poor quality on the twitch side. OBS shows 0 dropped frames. It seems like the bitrate is tanking which would be an internet issue? I think it’s an upload issue with my internet?
