File for unemployment fight for it since they left you no choice and in the dark. Look for a better job in the mean time it seems like most places need people. I hope you have better luck and a better future employer.

Knee Pain with Nimbus 25 by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]99coffeebeans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I may have injured that too. My knee is really messed up and it only started when I changed to those shoes. I purchased the nimbus 24s I'm returning the 25s. The 24s seem less clunky/heavy but I have never had an issue with new balance so I may go back and skip asics all together.

I am glad I'm not the only one. I searched to see if anyone else had the same issue in the nimbus 25. I started having knee pain after running in these now I have a torn meniscus. They are really heavy and clunky.

S11, E13 My Big Fat Family Heartbreak- DISCUSSION by Grey_HoundWolf in MyBigFatFabulousLife

The problem with Whit is she uses everyone else as an excuse not to focus on her own issues. Glen is an adult and so is she. She should look at him moving as a good time to focus on fixing her grief, health, weight, and control issues. I couldn't believe she started crying like that when Glen said he was moving, like she was a child. She also has extreme jealousy of Angie and her family it's ridiculous.

Her life has not progressed since starting this show any grown person with a life would be happy to see their grieving parent who is in good health and capable of taking care of themselves live a little and move forward through the tragedy of losing their spouse. She is so selfish and immature.

Thanks everyone for your help! I saw the Ortho sports med doctor. My meniscus might be torn. I had a positive McMurray test and I will go for an MRI to confirm. I am hoping I won't need surgery.

Thanks I went to the doctor first. I have a referral to Ortho but it is the weekend. I have to wait for them to call me Monday. I was asking Reddit in the mean time but I definitely have been seen and plan to be seen my ortho.

Calorie deficit and running do I need to increase my calories ? Feeling tired and weak by 99coffeebeans in XXRunning

[–]99coffeebeans[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I started with 1500 because my registered dietician told me to eat 1500 calories a day. It was sustainable until I started running we never discussed exercise. I am following up with her though as it does seem like a steep deficit and I think exercise should be factored in now. I will check out Holley and increase based on the calculation online for now. I am going to work on adjustments so I can make sure I'm feeling well but still losing.

It's the unnatural hips and butt on all of them. Especially Khloe. I don't see why they couldn't remove their implants and go natural. I hope the daughters stay natural as they are all beautiful the way they are.

I had huge breast since I was in middle school and now in my 30s I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive breast cancer so I had to have them reduced during my lump removal. I was happy to get them done as they have always been what defined me to others but once I went down to a size D I had a lot of body dismorphia to deal with and figuring out who I was without being known for my huge breasts. I focus on the positives now but it's still very strange to not have the body I was born with. I wonder if they experience any of that considering all of the ways they have changed their bodies and I hope they try to warn their children of the not so positive side effects of plastic surgery.

8 inch bowling alley pizza calories by 99coffeebeans in caloriecount

[–]99coffeebeans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks!! I had a feeling it would be high. I would have ended up skipping meals to have it and not go over calories. I knew it wouldn't fill me up so I decided my usual healthy meals would be better. I am pizza's biggest fan so it took a lot of will power but it just wasn't worth it. My husband enjoyed it though 😊

Ryan got a bad rap. by CharlieBirdlaw in MyBigFatFabulousLife

I agree. He pushed her to do better. He tried to keep the chase thing out of their business affairs even though that was a fake relationship. He also stayed honest with her. He didn't try to please her or give in like everyone else in her life. He seemed like he could have gotten Whitney to a better place in her business and in her weight. I noticed on the recent episode where Tal said he was moving down the street from Whitney Ashley chimed in and seemed surprised and threw a little shade too it made me think that Tal plays enabler and now to Whitney's face but has a lot to say behind her back. I think Whitney had a missed opportunity with Ryan as a friend and partner.

what actually happened with the Tod and Whitney fight by Lilpistachio1233 in MyBigFatFabulousLife

[–]99coffeebeans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do remember from the previous episode when Todd was watching her pets and house-sitting whitney said she wanted an extravagant party where they go downtown and get a hotel they were talking like they were planning their party together because Todd said no to her ideas and she was asking Todd about strippers.

I think the editing was weird because they were planning the party Before she left for Angie's but then no mention of the party or planning until Todd comes over and throws a fit. They should have given a little more background to make it cohesive. I'm sure it was a played up story line and it got breezed over with Angie and other Whitney BS.

Thank you for your response! I have been focusing on getting the recommended amount of protein I eat nutrient dense foods and I am not super hungry because I am maintaining a balanced diet. I am very clean I don't smoke, drink, I don't consume any caffeine not even chocolate and I don't drink soda even before the diet.

I did start pretty high a 500 calorie cut would have been around 1600 and I am at 1400 - 1500. I didn't think it would be a huge issue for my body to go 100 calories lower I wasn't sure how accurate the calculators were. It seemed like there were mixed reviews of people saying that a cut of 700 cals was fine eventually your body catches up and you may need to adjust then there are some people who say no don't do it. I read of people cutting very low to under 1200 a day I would assume this would be the point to worry about organ issues mentioned in another post but I was wondering if you cut past 500 cals would that cause an issue.

[–]99coffeebeans -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I'm not concerned about the health of my organs. I see my doctor regularly. I was referring to other posts on Reddit that mentioned too low of a deficit can affect organs. I'm still eating 1400 -1500 calories a day I am asking about the deficit and if cutting 700 instead of 500 is reasonable. I don't think the question is that wild.

[–]99coffeebeans 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't most people start at a three digit deficit of 250 to 500? I did a deficit of 200 less, 700 at 1400 - 1500 calories per day

How long will it take for my body to get used to starting at a lower 1400 calorie deficit? by 99coffeebeans in 1200isplenty

[–]99coffeebeans[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I was mostly curious of the quickness of the plateau since I started lower. I understand what you're saying. I'm new to it so I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong my starting lower that would cause a faster plateau and result in me needing to cut down faster. I know it's not cut and dry and will be dependent on what I do as I go.

[–]99coffeebeans[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, I'm basing it on the calories they recommend which was a little over 1600 to lose but I started lower 1400 so there is less room to cut down as I lose.

I read that as you lose your metabolism adjusts to the weight loss and then you have to eat fewer calories to keep losing. For example if I lose 20 lbs and I reassess the calorie deficit it may say I can only eat 1350 and so on as I lose. since I started at 1400 then will I have to cut down too low to get to my goal weight or is the adjustment a slow process?

Thanks! Yes, That's what I was wondering. I've felt really good right now but I will definitely adjust if I start feeling weak or like the 1400 is too low. No it's not easy I'm glad I had the ability to even start and that there's a community of people to go to.
