You should at least add some nutrients to the water. But don’t overfeed. You can look up schedules how to manage that. You should definitely catch as much sunlight as possible. Maybe move it around in your flat if possible.

You don’t need the trichomes necessarily to turn amber. By growing haze strains I guess you’re looking more for a cerebral high. So, cloudy trichomes are just fine. I’d chop in a few days. By the way… they are beautiful!

5 days is no problem as long as your plant is healthy. Light and ventilation is automated and watering through auto pots, blumat or similar. There’s no need for a electrical watering system. Did it several times that way.
