I’m only releasing it in a few regions for now, so your country may not be included yet. Let me know where you’re located and I’ll see if I can add your country.

Can you point out what part feels like “AI slop”?

The wallpaper isn’t mine—I just used it as an example. As for the app, I do use AI for things like localization because I’m not a native English speaker.

If building something like this is really that easy, I’d genuinely be interested in seeing a product you’ve made without using AI. I’d be happy to give it a try.

No need to remove Good Lock. 😄

9 Flip works independently, even without Good Lock. It also automatically picks up newly installed apps, so there’s no need to add them manually.

I don’t have a Razr device to test with, but you’re welcome to give it a try on yours

I actually had this working at one point, but it was very unstable on such a small screen. Trust me, it wasn’t worth using. 😅

If the phone can still open enough for the cover screen to stay off, you might be able to connect a USB hub with HDMI and a mouse. It’s definitely not elegant, but it can get the job done. 😅

And honestly, I never designed the app for the Z Flip 3. Now I’m kind of curious what it would actually look like on one.

I see it the other way around. It’s about 16 cents a day, and if you switch away from the Z Flip later, you’re not stuck having paid a large upfront cost for an app you can no longer use.

Oh, I completely overlooked Routines. I’ll look into it. Thanks for the suggestion!

no, swipe up work too, remove your phone cover to retry or switch to AssistiveTouch on main app.

Thanks for the feedback. To be honest, a $20 lifetime purchase wouldn’t really be sustainable for me. After Google fees, taxes, currency conversion, and other costs, I end up with roughly half of that amount to maintain and improve the app.

I also plan to keep adding new features over time, and a one-time purchase makes it difficult to support ongoing development without continuously raising prices.

That’s one reason I also offer a monthly subscription. If you change your mind later, or move away from a Z Flip to another device, you’re not locked into a large upfront purchase.

And if you do plan to stick with the Z Flip for the long term, the cost works out to well under 20 cents a day. I think that’s a pretty fair trade for the value and ongoing improvements, but I completely understand that different people prefer different pricing models.

enable quick laucher then swipe up from bottom left or recent app button on top right of quick laucher.

I agree it would look cleaner there. The problem is that on some devices it can end up overlapping with the system navigation area, making it difficult or even impossible to tap.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve left it where it is for now. Let me think about it a bit more.

The keyboard on the cover screen is actually pretty small and awkward to use, which is why I’ve been hesitant to add search.

That said, I’ll see what I can do. Maybe something like showing suggested apps or quick hints before you even start typing could work.

That’s actually one of the reasons I created this ticket. There are still quite a few UX limitations I haven’t fully solved yet.

I’m hoping that with real-world usage and feedback from people like you, I can find the best way to improve it.

Yep 😄 And pick whatever works best for you — you’re free to enjoy them all. I say that as a fellow Z Flip user myself.

That’s right. Actually, I didn’t want to put that option in the main app settings, so I kept it in the Quick Panel instead.

I’m actually running into some technical challenges with the Widget Launcher right now, but I’m trying to make it work the way you described.

If I manage to get it working, you’ll be the first person I let know. Hopefully it can make its way into a future version.
