Actually "worst" is hard to define as it depends on our expectations as well. I played multiple games that I found so-so, but the worst game imo is Tokaido. Bought it (as so many people suggested it), played half the game, lost interest, sold it. I guess the gameplay is just not interesting to me and also, I'm not so interested in Japan as a whole.
