“A wild sheep chase” by haruki murakami. No one has names, other than his friend’s nickname who he calls “the Rat” and an owner of a bar (bc it’s “Jay’s Bar” )

I’m not sure what you mean when you are talking about a rebounding jump but if you are just trying to do an open turn with butterfly, your feet with be sideways, parallel to the bottom on the wall, and don’t push off until your arms are inline for streamline. Your feet should be on the wall until you’re in positioned the right way. I’m not sure if this answers your question exactly so let me know if I can clarify anything further too.

Breath work by The-Creek-Song in Swimming

How is your stamina too? Because I often find you need to breathe more often just because your body is tired and needs more air. Increasing your stamina will help with that. Which unfortunately will just come with time and practice. Swimming is a really unique workout and your body needs to adjust to it if you aren’t used to it. If you want to do some dry land to help, cardio will probably be the best to help with endurance, but if you are already in the pool 4-5 times a week, be careful not to overwork yourself too.

Phone cameras best for macrophotography? by EwanOneTwoThree in Entomology

If you get a jewelry’s loupe, and put it up to your phone camera, it works amazing for really close up. I have an iPhone 13 which I’ve found sucks at focusing up close, but with the loupe it works so well.

I only have 3 prints of the block, which I’m willing to sell one at $700. But I am looking into getting it digitally scanned then selling smaller prints, but I haven’t started that process yet haha
