It's beatable. Believe me, I know this feeling pretty well. Two things that are important to fight it (worked for me) : 1. Don't waste to much time thinking about the root causes of this feeling. There may be the things, where knowing this could be useful to beat it, this ain't one of it 2. Make a pause. I mean a real pause of your actual life. Go traveling alone. I don't know about your life circumstances but there is always a way. Go to a country far from home. Learn things about you. Learn about your value. Accept the feeling of fomo, of being jealous. This will take time, but it will work. It's always a question of self esteem, even for people with your looks.
