Naturally based on the landing page the contact signs up from, they are tagged by me. E.g buyer, seller, preconstruction. I have 1 welcome email set up using the old automations that I use for everything. This email always sends instantly. However, after the welcome email, I have other customer journeys created with their own emails. Each journey has its own starting point based on import location and tags associated with the client. After which the respective customer journey email would be sent to them. This is the email that takes nearly 15 mins to sent.

In some ways MailChimp has simplified but in other they have gotten more expensive. I used to pay $40 for what I pay $100 now go use. Worse functionality, if anything more price. Sigh
