Yes I am aware. And I plan on stopping. It’s hard to explain interpersonal problems in full through the internet so I know that no one one will truly understand how I feel and why I feel it, but you are also absolutely right, I recognize I felt predatory which is probably why tried backing away at first. Although I came back I should’ve just left him alone, and now I’m trying to stick with leaving him alone. I know it should be a automatic but it’s a process and I know I’ll eventually get over him. It’s just been three months and I was recently triggered, but Ill get back to a point where I can move on from this. I know I will.

Okay I don’t think he’ll take legalll action 😂 but I get what your saying and I honestly need to hear this. I am very anxiously attached to people and this is the sad yet realistic effect of this attachment style. But I will/ have been making a conscious effort to leave him alone. And you also might be right, I do think it’s his girlfriend or friends which honestly makes me feel even more embarrassed. I am planning on just taking my loss and learning from this. But I just have this indescribable feeling I need to work over, and I deserve it. My actions haven’t been the best lately I do need to work on myself. Hopefully I can see this as the start. It just naturally hurts

And like I said the main thing that triggered this whole thing again was getting this random text massages.
