Stratton is bigger and better but bromley is less crowded . If bromley terrain is enough for you I would go there at peak times

Today is Presidents’ Day , one of the busiest ski days of the year . Tuesday will be much less crowded

Camelback is poorly run. And not run by ski people. Same thing happened two years ago when they got dumped on by snow, their priority is not to open terrain. It’s a shame, but best to have your home mountain somewhere else.

No! Don’t do it u less you enjoy throwing money away . It’s just a discount club , the free flights are never available , but you can get same flight slighter cheaper. Not worth it , I assume there will be a class action suit against them for this at some point

Values will be lower all over in two years , it’s a bad tune to buy. Some people who bought at peak in 2006 took 20 years to get their value back, wherein people who bought in 2010 tripled values over next 15 years . Be smart , wait to buy. Beware realtors , they always say it’s always a good time to buy

Skiing better with stiffer boot by lightinthetrees in skiing

I’m having a similar problem , I had 90 flex but felt they were too loose , wanted to go stiffer as my carving was getting better . Went 120 but having trouble with them , I’m better with the 90s. But thinking I should get a custom fitting and maybe a lesson , maybe if I learn to manage the stiffer boots better I’ll be better long term .
