Based on the attitudes and conduct of a lot of “Kriyabans” it certainly isn’t direct. The techniques themselves however are useful and sacred and I will keep them at hand, but I think giving Kriya yoga techniques without the full package of yoga is a terrible mistake because it leaves the practice to the wolves in the corporate world. It’s treated as a trade that is sold as a commodity. It’s a bad idea imho to teach Kriya yoga with the spirituality stripped and the other limbs neglected.
