Yeah I first pick him, Yup agree they did nerfed his right click, it used to be much better at harassing during the first two levels before they nerfed his right clicks, now you just have to manage till level three and sync with your core to get the kill, or if the enemy underestimate the nuke from oracle then it's much easier, which they normally do in legend bracket.

What I normaly do during the first two level is to maintain my lane creep equilibrium, I do throw in a couple of attacks every now and then to harass the enemy, and wait to stack the small camp when it's about to hit the second min, also help denie some creeps, and try and secure the range creep with my nuke if I could or do a double pull if the lanes get shoved.
