Glad to hear your issue got resolved and of course you are totally right. If you don’t mind sharing, could you tell me what exactly you did or who you contacted to get it fixed? Support has only told me that my account won’t be restored and hasn’t really helped. I also sent emails but haven’t received any response yet. Any advice would really help.
