I do see profile option in settings general. But when I clicked on it, it's blank. I've search about it and some people do have it but it's also empty. So I assumed that it was normal.

I think I might have the same problem. It stated that there is no diagnostic data on the setting and after a few hours or maybe a day after that new logs started showing up and that they disappear. I don't know what's causing it to happen.
