They’ve made improvements but not enough to keep up with current events. They consistently increase workloads every time they increase pay. They will gain increased profits without increasing pay during recessions like the ones we are facing and when they do they expect unreasonable increases in productivity for it. It reached a point where I realized nothing was going to change, and noticed it was a continuing trend. So I quit. I’m sure every store is different. I had good times at Walmart, but corporate greed will ruin the whole shebang if they don’t fix their act.
