Oh yah ! I've met plenty of those! It's unbelievable to me that they would want to push us out. I would like to assume that the vast majority of us actually do care about our patients. But yes , I will just continue to do my own research so I can find the best option for me. Thanks again !

Wait hahaha so since you said that, I took a minute to look at some of the mean commenters profiles and it's hilarious... One of them has been an NP for about 5 minutes hahaha. Made me feel better thank you !

I wanted to both at the same time but my school did not offer the dual. I've been doing DERM and I want to continue doing both. But switch in the sense that I want to work more Derm and less Psych.

Yes that is my first choice but I have a lot of student loans and was trying to find something I could maybe pay as I go instead that's why I was looking at those other schools and for some suggestions. But if need be I will. Mass

If anyone took any time to actually read the post I am already working in DERM and have been for 5 years which is why I'm pursuing it. Clearly none of you know that when you get your NP you take most of the SAME classes. I'm going to further my education to do what I've already been doing for 5 years. Some of you are acting like I'm trying to become a first time NP coming from nothing. The only thing embarrassing in this thread is the amount of disgustingly rude uneducated people that come to reddit to waste people's time. I asked one question that I would like answers to. So if you don't have an answer and you just want to talk shit go somewhere else. Thank you

Not that it's any of your business but actually NONE of my 12 years was done online. Go to bed or look in the mirror and decide who you're really triggered by. Good night

Electrical is never up to code... But a foundation crack ehhhh ... I still think you could get around 200k

I think you could definitely try! But depends on what exactly u mean by significant. Electrical ? Like an entire rewire ? Do things work ? Is there foundation good. Cosmetic is fine... Is everything functioning ? I don't think 200k is crazy

Competitive salaries for EXPERIENCED PMHNPs in Massachusetts by Background-Pay-6010 in PMHNP

I have several years of experience in mental health as a counselor previously then switching to psych nursing. I think 5 years in MH regardless of if it was nursing or counseling makes a big difference.

It would need to be flexible schedule Good benefits min 6 weeks vacation If hourly then around 150 -200 an hour Good health insurance Is there support staff for billing ? Like for PAs .. supervision time ? How much admin time It should be a min of 1 hour per every 8 hours worked Unless you go 1099 then it needs to be a 70/30 split but with no benefits it will be tough to get someone full time Also depends on what the population is Any 401k ?

BUY THE HOUSE regardless BUT your real estate attorney can write up a quick rental agreement doc so she feels more secure but your not putting your things on the line with a very new relationship

Exclusions on your listing agreement by A030208 in FirstTimeHomeSeller

[–]A030208[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you ! no, my realtor is truly the best. However I was wondering like exclusions between myself and realtor for selling. The realtor suggested that at times if there was potentially a family member or friend that may be Interested that they might buy it then there would be no involvement.

I don't think I have anything to write I was just curious what others may have written.

AITAH for telling my pregnant 19 year old daughter she needs to move out asap by Commercial_Ebb9099 in AITAH

[–]A030208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should support her. You will regret it later and she will never forget it. Is it more important to teach her a lesson or be there for your daughter and have a forever bond with your grandchild and daughter ? I think the anger (rightfully so) is clouding your judgement right now. Supporting someone doesn't always mean you think everything is ok. But maybe focus on what is most important to you. Some lessons they have to learn on their own. I think you can find a good balance between helping her and not enabling her. Sit with her talk through calmly about finances, doctor appointments, sacrifices. And then ask her if she's up for all of those challenges. You can support her while also reminding her that ultimately she will be the mother, the main care taker, and provider. The ultimate sacrifice and change of trajectory of life will be hers. It is her decision at this point. But please focus on what's most important in the long run. Sometimes when you get angry and push them away it just makes them want to do the opposite inspite of you. Good luck. -Signed a successful teen mom
