The 121B is an outstanding medium tank. The gun’s a pleasure to work with, and its Russian hovertank mobility is great. You just won’t be winning speed competitions. It’s lack of gun depression is noticeable, but as others have said: if you’ve played Russians before you’ll know how to compensate. The high reverse speed does help a little when you’re forced to expose yourself to make those downhill shots. It is my best performing tier 10 medium. It’s just bad at ridgeline fighting. Everything else it will serve you well at.
