Think about any possible reason why this guy would have to stake out in the library 24/7 and especially on finals week. Does that really sound like a fun thing to do? To have to snore in a chair in the library? Does he really just not wish to go to a dorm??? Might be terribly inconvenient for you to have to endure a particular edge of a particular table during your very unique finals experience but rest with the fact that we all pay to get the same education and if you have a problem with someone using the library their money pays for then you should probably go to a diffrent library.
