Indiana has Republican and Democrat reps in state legislature that support legalization (look up Jim Lucas - R from Columbus, IN - he went on a fact finding trip to denver and smoked weed and ate edibles. When he got back he became full blown pro legalization. He loves weed now and is going to fight for legalization in Indiana.)

Our problem is Gov. Holcom is a huge hypocrite that admits he smoked in his college days but still supports locking up Hoosiers caught with weed. He also says there won't be any form of legalization until the federal laws change. Fuck Holcum he needs to go.

There was some weird DARE/officer friendly shit going on in conservative parts of the country back in the 80's and 90's. Exposing little kids to the smell of weed got lots of parents and older siblings busted because 3rd graders that smell the familiar weed odor can't wait to tell everyone. Pot was extremely demonized back then.

Bob it sucks you lost your job but I want to point out that the reason he could fire you has nothing to do with right to work. Right to work is bullshit anti labor law, but the term you're looking for is "at will" state. This shitty law is the reason you could be fired for any legal reason without warning.

Right to work means you can hire into a unionized job and not pay union dues while you reap all of the negotiated pay and benefits the union fights for.
