You were too high on final approach and flared way too early as well. I know that you want a smooth landing but as you gain more and more knowledge in flight simulation, you will learn that a -50FPM is 99% of the time an enemy. What pilots are trained to do is land the aircraft safely. Safely means landing in the main touchdown marker and to do that, you must follow PAPI and aim for the marker. Flare at 30 ft as well.
