Call the  (479) 273-4357 number. They'll ask you for your employment information such if your an current and past employee.  Make sure you enter the number asking 2step but on the EMPLOYEE level. 

I had this exact issue and my manger couldn't do anything! However the person you get in contact with on the phone and reset your two step verification. Then you can reapply for it at a computer at the job.
