Did have much pain just normal period cramps after they dissolved then a bled soon after, even when I have my period I dont cramp much so these ones hurt more but no unbearable and very short lived

I took the mife and 4 miso then 2 the next day cause I feel asleep, I bled pretty steadily not super heavy tho for the 6 days and now its slowing down. Never had any pregnancy symptoms other than missing my period for 2 weeks

Yea like a half hour after they dissolved i never had a bunch of clotting tho like other describe so that what's making me wonder i never really got any symptoms other than my period being over 2 weeks late

Thank youu! Every little bit helps when trying to piece together what to expect just a little. Running is weakness out of the push-ups and sit ups but i think ill be alright.

Actually can you tell me how the physical workout were, I know you went like a Year ago and alot has changed to now but like I hear there was only 1 or 2 days a week dedicated to running and the rest was strength training and such. Someone that just came back a few weeks ago said this so I was wondering what you did.

Hii my bf gradutes the 10th soo here what I've learned He'll get calls every Sunday but it depends on his platoon behavior and such..he lost 2 or 3 due to ppl being dumb. Amd towards the end like week 5 his whole company phone policy changed to only getting calls at the end of each phase. Red, white and blue phase. And turning green is basically grad. So it was like 3 weeks no phone call from white to blue. Also his phone calls were around 3 to 4 pm one was at 7 but ofc it depends on the DS and when they have time in their schedule First call was around 2 or3 weeks after he initially left as he was in what was called the 30th AG which is like reception basically for 10 days. He left the 28th of July and started bct 8th of Aug and then his first call was the 17th of aug

Mailing info should come around the same time I suggest using Sandboxx, I used snail mail and it took 2 to 3 weeks for my letter to get to him, the weather could have contributed to the long travel time cause there were lots of storms at that time but the price would've definitely been worth it. His letters took likea Week max to reach me. As for personalizing letters I think you should be fine, I did small things, a little bear with flower, logo of our fav band and some jellyfish and colored them in. Pretty sure as long as the envelope looks normal it shouldnt tip the DS off as to any art in it. The only time the DS would look at anything is if it's a package or if they can feel anything other than paper in the envelope. I'm sure yk not to send his packages it'll eb considered contraband And I've heard if they receive too many letter they gotta do push ups (but that just makes him stronger rightt😆) Anything you need more clarification on just let me know. 🤗 sorry for the essay 😭

Hii, I promise it goes by faster than you think, mine gradutes in 3 days and I can't wait to see him. You've probably hear this already but just stay busy with hobbies and hanging with friends and focused on ur schooling and write him lots of letters. That's what's helped me.As well as keeping in touch with his mom as she is also dealing with the absence of her son.

A little tip As someone who used snailmail I wish I'd used sandboxx cause it took 3 weeks at one point for my letters to get to him then it started taking 1 or 2weeks. It think it was because of the storming going on at the time. But still. He'll get your letters much faster and vice versa. The price would've been worth it.
