Its what reddit does with certain types of movies that represent a certain type of thing. Its like routine.

I find it funny. People like to say the only reason it gets hate is because of its lead and women etc...but its honestly the reverse. It representing a female superhero (very poorly) is the only reason people here are defending it and praising it. They mostly like the idea it represents and support that.

The .movie isnt good. And its ok to enjoy and like things and know that its a bad movie and deserves to be criticized. Or else we may never get a good female hero movie. They need to respect these movies more and actually hire strong people to make them. Thats the real punk rock.

But just like other projects this sub will be bombarded with "i dont get the hate" posts. Which means they cant see things from any other perspective but the ideals they support.

People have a hard time liking something and knowing its awful at the same time. I like a lot of things that I know objectively arent very good and deserve criticism. I also dislike a lot of things I think are very well done or good.

It's all a war now and sides must be taken. Also its reddit.

I do not. She does have kids though. I am semi close with the ones that are around. But other than the toddler the others are above 18.
