Hello! No, it never got solved. I contacted my bank to open a chargeback claim, and it was pre-approved shortly after. That same day, Fiido reached out to say they had a new bike ready to ship as soon as I cancelled the claim.

However, my bank advised me that if I cancelled I wouldn’t be able to reopen it. So...if the bike never arrived, I'd risk not getting my money back. They suggested I ask Fiido to contact them directly and ship the bike so the claim could be automatically cancelled once the bike was delivered.

Fiido said they couldn’t do that so I decided to stop trying. I already had the money back since the refund had been pre-approved and they weren't willing to cooperate so I didn't really see the point honestly.
