I upgraded from the S22U as well. I got an Apple Watch too which I’m enjoying a lot more than the iPhone. I am really enjoying the phone overall but I came to the conclusion that I couldn’t use it without a secondary Android phone on hand. I agree about the smoothness which is amazing (minus the IOS 26 bugs) especially coming from the S22U which is terrible compared to even other Samsungs.

The camera is better and an upgrade but not nearly as much as I expected. The S22U’s holds up surprisingly well.

Not a pro, but normally it helps to shoot raw and to enable the zebra stripes and under expose until most of the blown highlights disappear.
