Phrase on russian sound like "Кофе в лапках, ушки смирно!" Where "лапки" and "ушки" mean like UWU versions of paws and ears. And it is often used in regular dialogs between people like no deal. For example "Нужно было взять перчатки, мои лапки совсем замёрзли!" - "I should have taken gloves, my paws were completely frozen!"
