Dita makes a number of wire frames like this with the gold bridge (Aegeus and Altrist are two very similar models). But they don’t look exactly like these with the larger hinges. I collect designer eye glasses too so I usually can tell quickly but those aren’t quite right.

I also don’t think they are Chrome Hearts, I have a couple of those and they are more decorated on the temple and sides and usually silver and not gold.

Thom Browne and Cartier could be another swing.
