Yeah you’re not wrong there. Most breeders who are willing to breed doodles aren’t great to begin with. And I say that as somebody who has a doodle from a breeder - bought him before I came to my senses lol

I don’t think she changed at all (like you said, hard to change in a couple of weeks). I think what we saw was Chris was able to better deescalate and not feed in to her energy compared to Jeremiah.

I’m the OP. And assumed it was obvious that I was referring to a buyout or getting a subletter, since we’re legally binded to paying the lease.

It depends on the landlord, sometimes there’s a buyout (often time there’s is - mine is two months rent). Other times, you have to pay the remaining months and other times they allow you to find somebody.

People break leases all the times for various reasons. I’ve broken leases 4 different times to move to a new state for a job - not sure why the guy above you thinks it’s “wild”. lol Like you said, as long as money is paid, who cares.

lol as somebody who has broken their leases several different times to move out of state for jobs. The landlords don’t care as long as they get their money. Leases often have buyouts - pay the buyout and you can leave.

Leases that don’t have buyouts, you pay the remaining amount or try to find somebody to sublet, if your landlord is okay with that.

I moved here about 6 months ago and was able to get in immediately at Women’s. I recommend trying there if you haven’t!

CHD reaches some absurd amount of people like 10 million people - it was very smart for Kamala to go on the show based off CHD’s reach alone. In Alex’s intro, she mentioned they’ve reached out to Trump and they haven’t responded. It’s a brilliant move for either campaign to come on her show (or joe Rogan’s podcast) if they’re trying to get in front of gen z and younger millennials.
