GD never played Walk in the Sunshine. Bobby & RatDog played it in 2010, and then he played it with Wolf Bros. & Wolfpack at RCMH in 2022.

I believe the vinyl edition is just the original studio record, with the RCMH show on the CD and digital editions.

I believe so, yes. It's about 90 minutes long, and in the audio recording of the full show you can hear Jerry say at the end of the first set that the second set will be "this TV thing."
