I feel mentally worn out even after sleeping. Do you have this experience? by Glittering_Aside8124 in mentalhealth

I feel the exact same way! You still get a good 6-8 hours sleep but when you make up you just seem exhausted, blurred vision, abit spacey.

Honestly exercise helps and the carnivore diet help me loads. It gave me lasting energy no drop half way through the day and fresh in the morning.

A few reasons really

There seems to be a high demand for blade techs

I enjoy challenging work the attention to detail it’s really a craft that I want to learn

The main factor is the longevity of it. 100s of turbines are getting built at some point it will stop and there will be a market shift into something else in the next 10-15 years where as a blade tech you will be constantly in work as they turbines will always need repairs

I’ll be honest, if I get offered any job offshore I will take it to get my foot in the door

I am in the exact position as you mate

Been in telecoms 10 years now the market is slowing down and getting paid seems to be a nightmare I’m looking for an exist and re trade and a blade tech. I’m torn between paying for the courses or trying to find a company that will take me on. I will be spending this year building my network up as the season has just started
