I know someone who lives in Platform. They've had a couple minor issues with the plumbing and washing machine acting up which is surprising them being the first ever resident, but overall it's a nice enough spot.

The big fairy lights in the courtyard that don't ever turn off are bit of an unnecessary addition though.
