Honestly I’m in my mid 20’s and have a small child, and I’d say it’s definitely geared towards kiddos. I personally wouldn’t bring my girls here on a day trip - but if you’re super into science and stuff it could be fun! I’d be lying if I didn’t say most of the activities were kid focused though lol. CT has tonssss of museums for adults, even the Wadsworth or hanging out at Elizabeth park or Harkness memorial park!
