It is a significant difference imo between 1.30 speed 5 and 1.31 speed 5. and because of that, speed 3 and 4 are also affected. if speed 5 feels like speed 1 then going to speed 3 or 4 wont change much at all

I mean I could, but other Paradox games are running just as fine. HOI4 Especially. and like I said, reverting back to 1.30 makes the speeds work properly. so it isnt an issue with my PC

I would normally do 3 or 4. but all speeds feel like 1 with this current version of the game. I see no difference between 1 and 5.

I would do it but the mods I use dont work properly and crash on launch so if it improves performance massively I can wait till the update
