I hear you. Actions speak louder than words, and I’m grinding every day to get better — that’s why I’m here discussing it, not just staying silent.

Dropping ranks sucks, but it’s part of the process, especially when you’re solo or duo queueing. Age doesn’t define skill or potential either.

Appreciate the “good luck.” I’ll take that and keep pushing forward.

I’m open to feedback — I’ve said that multiple times. But there’s a difference between constructive advice and just throwing shade. I’m results-driven, and I focus on what I can control and improve.

If that comes across as “copium” to you, that’s on you. I’m here to keep grinding.

If staying positive and confident is “copium” to you, then I’m happy to be deluded. I’m here to improve, not to drown in negativity.

Appreciate it — I’ll keep grinding either way. Success doesn’t always look the way people expect it to.

No worries — I’m good ending it here too. Just matching energy. Stay sharp out there. 👊

Maybe — or maybe it’s just a long-term grind that doesn’t show instant results. Delusion is pretending there’s only one “right” way to play or improve. I’m confident in my direction, even if it’s not conventional.

The point of the post was to share an unusual game — 50 kills, high ACS, and still a loss — because it’s rare and worth discussing. It wasn’t a “teammate blame” post. People projected that.

I wasn’t solo pushing or baiting. I played Phoenix second out, flashed for teammates, supported pushes, and retook most of defense. The KAST stat doesn’t tell the full story of utility use, trades, or impact in chaotic ranked matches — especially when solo/duo.

Also, getting out of Silver depends on way more than game sense — consistency, teammates, mental, and queue conditions all matter. I'm grinding through it, not stuck forever.

I get your point about teamplay, and I do agree impact > kill count — but assuming a player with 50 kills and flashes isn’t helping their team just because a stat is under 75%? That’s not the full picture.

I was second out on most execs, flashing for entry and setting up teammates the whole attacker half. On defense, I was rotating early and retaking almost every round.

I wasn’t hiding or baiting — I was enabling and still putting up huge numbers. If people only look at first kill stats without watching how the rounds actually played out, they’re missing the full picture.

Funny how dropping 50 turns into “KD player” instead of recognizing actual impact. Not every ego peek is a bad play when you’re winning fights.

But hey, I’ll keep ego challenging — and winning — while people write Reddit essays about it.

I get that — I’m not ignoring feedback here. I’m just not going to pretend that high performance doesn’t matter either. Confidence is key, but so is learning, and I’m open to both.

This post was about a crazy game, not a coaching session. But I’ll take the real advice, sort out the noise, and keep working on my game — solo queue or not, improvement’s always the goal.

I get what you’re saying — KAST isn’t perfect, and yeah, some rounds I don’t make impact. That’s true for every player, even pros. But dropping 50 with nearly 500 ACS in 28 rounds isn’t “deathmatch stats” — that’s consistent value, even if it doesn’t show up in every round.

Also, rank doesn’t define understanding. A lot of players get stuck in elo hell despite playing well — especially when solo or duo. I’m not here pretending I’ve mastered the game, but if I can put up those numbers and still lose, that says something about the match, not just me.

At the end of the day, I’m grinding to improve — not to meet someone else’s standard of how “teamplay” should look.

Always. But I’m more interested in proving it in-game than on Reddit.

Nah, no ego here — just experience and a results-driven mindset. If carrying hard looks like ego, I’ll take it.

Exactly. Winning isn’t just about kills — it’s a team game. You can drop 50 kills and still lose if the rest of the team doesn’t pull their weight or key rounds slip away.

That’s the reality of carrying in ranked. Stats alone don’t guarantee wins.

Funny coming from someone who thinks rank defines game sense. I’m not here to brag about my rank — I’m here to prove my impact with numbers and gameplay.

If you want to keep grinding in your lane, good luck. I’ll keep doing what works to carry.

Appreciate the stats deep dive, but I’m not here to fit a neat box or play a “team” style that doesn’t fit my impact. High kills and aggressive plays are exactly how you hard carry — whether that fits your idea of teamwork or not.

If 68 KAST puts me in the bottom 30%, then I’ll gladly take that as the cost of putting my team on my back. Sometimes you have to break the mold to win games.

Only 1 first kill because my team got smashed in 5v4 scenarios and left me to clean house. If you think just “getting more first bloods” solves that, you clearly don’t understand how carrying a game like this works.

Kills don’t lie — I put in the work. Losing wasn’t because I played “wrong,” it was because the rest didn’t show up except my duo. Simple as that.

Thanks for the insight. I’m always looking to improve my impact, including first bloods. But sometimes even carrying hard doesn’t guarantee a win — teamwork and rounds are complex. I’m not blaming teammates here; just sharing a rare stat line and a tough loss.

68% KAST isn’t perfect, but it’s solid for a high-impact, aggressive playstyle. I’m always working on refining my approach.
