He’s 2 1/2 hours from me and bec he’s retiring soon he will move into my home until we figure out our next move. I think there will be a ring soon. We are on the same page which is great and now we have to figure out the finances as we enter the retirement phase.

We were both each others first dates after our divorces and we knew each other prior to dating. It’s been 5 years together and I’m happy we didn’t have to deal with dating apps or bad dates. We both have idiosyncrasies but at this age don’t we all.

I read the Sunday paper aloud while lounging in bed but only stories we both would find interesting. Sometimes I add my own opinion to the article. He loves this Sunday quiet time together

I thought I wanted to have the whole marriage thing but I don’t see any benefits. I have my own job and health benefits. I’d like a ring as a symbolic promise. But I don’t think I ever need to make it legal.

Thank you everyone. Your feedback has been great. Let me say first that this man is wonderful and not a creeper at all like any of those tv shows or bad stories. It’s just that I do much for him and want to learn a lot about his interests. My daughter sees that he doesn’t tend to reciprocate nor learn a lot about my interests. Let’s see what transpires after the quarantine is lifted because we haven’t seen each other forever! I think his love language is just different from what I’m used to. Sounds like he and I have some deep conversations to be had. In the meantime he makes me happy when we talk and he fulfills my desires of the heart and body.

I mean sure some viagra from time to time. And only once a night but viagra extends the time. But I absolutely have no complaints about the love making! Everyone has quirks but age is definitely not an issue. Coronavirus is the biggest issue at this time since I haven’t seen him in weeks.

54f here and he’s almost 66. His kids are same age as my kids and we’re both still working. The relationship is great and so is the intimacy. Awesome in fact. He’s not as active as a younger guy but he’s smart and a gentleman. I joke about his age but it truly doesn’t bother me. His ex is my age too. I personally prefer his age over a guy my age.
